7. Thriving Forward Wellness Series

Price: $250 for a 5-week course (5 classes, 90 minutes each)**
Overview: This course is designed to guide participants through personal growth after adversity by pairing themes of resilience and transformation with domains of wellness. Each week, participants will explore a theme of personal growth and its connection to holistic wellness. The goal is to empower individuals to embrace challenges as catalysts for thriving and well-being.
